Due to insecurity faced by Womens and Girls in this City of Kolkata (i.e. Moleststation, Sexual harrasment, Eve teasing in every level of our society) for this reason,  ACADEMY OF SHAOLIN MARTIAL ART devised a Full Protection Safety Program of Self-Defense Srtictly for Women & Girls (Male Candidates are Not Allowed in this Program)

ii) Wing Chun for Extreme Close Quarter Fight

iii) Qin Na, Ai-Ki- Do for Self Defense & Street Fight

In our  daily busy urban life’s hectic work schedule and different obligations (Personal, Economical & Social liabilities & hazzards) one who is a Martial art lover, cannot spare time to learn or practice Martial Art. For this reason Academy of Shaolin Martial Art introduces a Short Term  Module to learn Wu-Shu, Wing Chun, Tai-Chi, Ba Gua Zhang, Ba-Ji Quan, Self-Defense and different weapon forms.

Course Details :

i) Shaolin Gong Fu & Wu-Shu (Northern Shaolin-Zhen Lineage) :- Basic Fitness & Flexibility , Weight loss, Body Conditioning, Wu Shu, 5-Animals styles (Snake, Tiger, Monkey, Eagle & Mantis)

ii) Wing Chun (Fo-Shan & Wu Lineage):- Basic Fitness & Flexibility , Weight loss, Body Conditioning, Stability, Self-Defense, Close Quater combat, Hand-to Hand Sparring

iii) Tai Chi (Meditation in Movement) (Wudang Taoist Lineage) :- Tai Chi (8 gates, 24-hands Forms, 32 Hands Forms, 36 hands Forms & Weapon Forms), Meditation in Movement, Focusing build up, Concentration increasing, Self-Healing, Treatment for different diseases.

Fees Structure :

Compact Combat Programme (CCP)

Mid-Term Package Course

Academy of Shaolin Martial Art has assembled various key points from different combat styles and devised a scientific system of Compact Combat Training Programme. Which contains Wu Shu, Tong-Chi-Gong, Hung-Ga, Tai-Chi, Ba Gua and many more. The CCP has various denominations as mentioned below :
